Established in 1985, we are a family-owned company that was fueled by our passion to provide families’ first clothes for their children. With our clear thrust of providing exceptional infant garments, the company ensures such aims are achieved through fair trade. We have a high number of employees who has been with us from the start until now.
Today, we are still one of the few infant garment pioneers in the country that is still enduring and going strong.
We balance quality excellence, profitability, and social responsibility. We have a strong external and internal Research and Development Team that strives to simplify processes, to understand market needs, to improve product distinctions, and to study and minimize the environmental impact of our operations.
A high number of our skilled workers have experiences that range from 10 to more than 30 years. We have 50 advanced machineries in our cell-facility layout that ensures effectivity and efficiency in our production lines.
We own our own factory. Each garment passes through the hands of employees’ who themselves are mothers and fathers who know about giving the best for their child. Leaders in our company make business decisions that ensure the safety of the children who will be wearing them.
We test our garments’ durability through third-party testing centers, and we test the practical feasibility of our products through our network of parents who partner with us in ensuring that our clothes are comfortable and easy-to-wear.
We partner with top universities in the country for their internship programs that allow a free flow of information between the academes and our company—allowing for new ideas and outsider’s feedback that help us improve and innovate.
We partner with our country’s labor authority Department of Labor & Employment (DOLE) to regularly audit our practices and employee conditions to ensure our people’s safety and to benchmark our own working facilities.
From designing to production to shipping, we do it all under one roof allowing for a simple and sustainable way of doing things.
Every stitch and every patch of cloth that we use has been carefully studied and handled before bringing it to your nurseries at home. That’s how we guarantee the quality of our clothes.
We follow a simple company code of ethics based on Luke 6:31 (NCV): Do to others what you would want them to do to you—and that sums up how we do things here.
